Last month they gave me the wrong meds…THIS month I had a feeling I better count them & they SHORTED me one!!! That’s NOT ok!!! Thank goodness I had a few left from another script,,BUT I had to take 3 of them to make up for the one I was shorted!!! Think I’m gonna use Henderson’s again!! I’ve NEVER had a problem with them…Only reason I started using Walgreen’s is because they’re across the street from my new Dr

Walked in ask for what I was looking for. Had what I needed. Out in five minutes

Has been giving my elderly mother the run around with only filling half of her prescriptions for over a month, stating they didn't come in. When she goes to pick up her other meds they mixed 2 different medications in one bottle. Thank God my mom caught it while refilling her pill box. No apologies took the wrong medication out put in what they owed her. Then wouldn't give her the other pills, which was another one of hers, just mixed in the wrong bottle, back. Completely billing her insurance for full scripts, giving partials, and then saying insurance won't pay again until certain dates, because they aren't reporting partials. Completely done with this pharmacy. Reported to her doctor's and the state of ohio pharmacy board. Please check all your meds from this place, this could have be
