My baby Bentley was sick I thought he was having seizures. I called Companion animal hospital and they saw him right away. They were so amazing with my baby. They cared for him like he belonged to them. They took him in back to look him over and when they brought him back out, they had a towel around d his back end to help him walk. Let’s just say the dirty look my dog gave me when he came out was hilarious. They prescribed him medication and I took him home. They called me the next day and we discussed what the next step was for him. Unfortunately, it was not what I wanted to hear but what I expected. Three days later I had to bring him back so he could get help to go over the rainbow bridge. Even then, they were so amazing. Thank you so much for the care you gave him. I will forever be

Thank you! My darling CoCo had been suffering from stones in her bladder and we knew she would need the surgery soon. Dr. Burdett was so helpful in giving her an evaluation and pre-op testing. She needed a round of antibiotics for an infection prior to surgery. Dr. Burdett needed to be out of the office for continuing education and made sure the vet who was in the office during that time would be available to do the surgery. Dr. Baldwin took amazing care of our baby, fully explained all the surgery details, gave amazing after care instructions and sent samples off for analysis so we can have a strong care plan moving forward. We are eternally grateful for giving our baby a new lease on life. She is happy and full of life again. We appreciate everyone who worked hard to take care of

Highly recommend! They actually take you back to a room with your pet where you have a chance to talk to the vet and discuss any concerns, unlike other vets we’ve had that make you stay out in the waiting room. They have also been great about fitting us in very quickly if we have an urgent concern, rather than just referring us to an emergency clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I use to think this was the best vet in Ross county,Ohio. I had been taking my dogs here forever. In December of 2025 my best friend diesel got sick and wasnt doing good and I called and called some more and called again. I left voicemails telling them the ingurernce and nothing. I had to rush diesel to a emergency vet because no one would call me back or respond to my calls or voicemails and diesel paid the ultimate price for it and passed 12-10-2025 at 9:35am, two days before I lost my mom from cancer on 12-12-2024. So thank you for not answering your phone calls, thank you for not returning my calls and thank you for letting me believe you were someone that cared while my dog suffered and died waiting for your help that never came.
