Aspen Dental - Chillicothe, OH

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but this place is beyond 5 stars. They explained everything and even pulled my tooth the same day. It all took the hour that they told me so that was nice. I know things aren’t free so the office lady explaining insurance was refreshing. I wish people understood that they don’t have to help but they took time to actually care! Maybe if people were nice to them they would actually want to help you. Also if they visited other dentists they would see that these people are doing an amazing job. I will tell everyone about these people.

Refused to do a basic cleaning (which is covered by 99% of people's insurance) and pushed for a "deep cleaning". Said it was necessary and would not do a standard cleaning. $4,500 I was quoted for filling one cavity and a "deep cleaning". On what planet is that amount of work worth $4,500?? This same exact service would be around $300 at any other dentist in the county. Does the deep cleaning come with a new dirt bike? Then they want to push financing. Like yeah lemme take out a loan for a normally free teeth cleaning and give you interest too. What a scam.

Please beware. You will sit for hours at this office. The dentist is not friendly and is terrible at giving shots. They will also charge you for everything up front and at exaggerated amounts. When insurance reimburses them, you have to fight to get it back and they don’t give it all back to you. They are VERY crooked.

Customer service is not their no.1 priority! I had to make several calls to this location and placed on hold for very long periods of time, only to be assisted by office employees that made you feel you were a bother. I realize they may have busy times, but so do I. Return calls from office management is non-existent! When placed on hold to speak to the office manager, she finally answers by using the speaker phone, which makes hearing her very difficult. My primary dentist AND family doctor's offices both had to send paperwork twice, before Aspen finally acknowledge they received it. The doctor and her assistant were awesome! The office staff, starting with the manager needs a makeover in attitude and people skills.

My experience was amazing very good people very professional. Dr Robinson is very thorough and informal on what you need and how she will do it.Morgan Johnson absolutely phenomenal DA very patient and very professional about her job! Very pleased with my experience definitely going back and will be my number one and only place to go for a better smile!!! 😁
