Dr. Ritchie and staff were great. Staff was very friendly. The process of ordering glasses and contacts were easy. They were very informative on what insurance would and would not cover. We would recommend this team to friends and family. The facility was very clean and wait times minimal.

Great experience. Staff is super nice and works with you to get your glasses ordered. Dr. Ritchie is very nice and very thorough. She takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. I left feeling that my vision issues had been taken care of. They have a great selection of glasses without breaking the bank s well.
