Walgreens Pharmacy

Pretty sure I can manage this pharmacy better than the current employees do. Last 3 times I went for a pick up, I’ve waited way too long in the drive thru and the workers seem to be always confused, which is odd considering there are usually 3-4 working the shift.

Script submitted: 1:45 Script approved by text message: 1:50 System text message @1:50: will be working on it soon. Automated phone system @4:15: Script should be ready by 2:15 Person on phone: Will it's been printed, give us some more time it'll be ready soon. What in the systemic crap is that. You shut down other local pharmacies & now this one seems overloaded on a random Thursday. Your systems talks about time in the past as if it hasn't already past 🤨. Those systemic expectations are set at 30 minutes or less but hours later are not met 🫤

The store was clean. They had many deep discounted items including toys. The pharmacy filled my script quickly within minutes.

They are a pharmacy that has the most inconvenient pharmacist hours. No pharmacist on weekends, at all. And no pharmacist on duty during the lunch hour. Now, I recognize that pharmacists are entitled to lunch breaks and two days off per week. They're professionals. But if you are a person with a job and try to run to the pharmacy on your lunch break? Nope. And their pharmacists aren't there after like 6:30pm even on days when they are. And if you can't get off to pick up your prescriptions during the work day during the week? Well, as i said, there is no pharmacist available on weekends. So I hope you didn't need those meds. This isn't the pharmacists fault. This actually seems like a good deal for them. They deserve good working conditions. But this is a failure of Walgreen's managemen
