I have had such a great experience at Breathe Life! I have been working with Dr. Katie and she is phenomenal. I feel like she always listens intentionally and is adaptable to whatever I feel that day. I feel so much better after just a few sessions there and have learned so much about the pain I was feeling and ways that I can help navigate it. I appreciate that they have always been transparent with their prices, cancellation policy, etc. Kim is also such a joy to talk to - she is welcoming, caring, and always so helpful with any questions or scheduling. I can't recommend Breathe Life enough. Thank you for all that you do!

The exercises, tips, and tools she’s introduced me to have been so incredibly helpful and I couldn’t recommend working with her enough. The office is also so cozy and relaxing - a super welcoming, safe environment to have time focused on yourself. I always look forward to my sessions!

I’ve been going to Breathe Life PT for almost 5 years now, through 3 pregnancies and births, and I absolutely love this practice. I’ve worked with 3 of their PTs and they’re all truly so skilled and knowledgeable at what they do. I’m always leave feeling better physically and mentally, knowing that I’m in good hands, and doing all that I can to support my body! Please do yourself a favor and go see them!!! Remember that postpartum is forever, it’s never too late to seek support :)

I have had sessions with 2 members of the Collingswood staff and am most grateful for the exercises I received. I can perform them at home , on my own schedule. This is nothing like standard PT! It is geared specifically to how a woman's body changes over time and can target deep muscles, building strength and support.

As a mom of three, I’ve experienced their care personally, and as the owner of a counseling center that specializes in supporting women through the transitions of motherhood as well as trauma recovery, we’ve also referred many clients to them. Every interaction with their team has been professional and compassionate. They understand the unique needs of perinatal moms and provide pelvic floor therapy with both skill and sensitivity.
