I always appreciate Drs. Berry and Walzer and their assistants and hygienists, but the real lure of this practice is the front office staff. These women are so kind, helpful, accommodating, caring and supportive. They are responsive to your needs at all times - especially when you call with a problem. Kudos to them. It’s not easy being front office to a very busy practice, but they make it look that way! I’m very grateful as I’m sure all of their patients are.

During my recent root canal, Dr. Waltzer drilled incorrectly and exited into my gum. He sent me to an endodontist, which I wish he would have told me was an option from the start. The endodontist fixed the damage and completed the root canal but warned me there’s a 50/50 chance that I could lose the tooth in the future. The tooth has continued to be very sensitive and in my heart I know that I will eventually end up needing an implant. At first Dr. Waltzer offered to reimburse me for the additional root repair expense that the endodontist charged me. But after I showed him that my bill was $375, he sent me a check for only $318. I naively thought that it was a clerical error, but after speaking to Dr. Waltzer I realized that he found an insurance loophole and purposely reimbursed me a les

Awesome dental office experience…started with Heidi going out of her way to set up my appointment. Next was Karen…the Dental Hygienist who is awesome at her job and makes a teeth cleaning as good as it could ever be! And lastly Dr. Berry who is fantastic at his job. He went out of his way to fit me into his schedule to repair a cavity on the same day of a routine cleaning. Most importantly he was quick and painless and I could not be more thankful!

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional from the minute I arrived until the minute I left! Dr Berry is so warm, kind, and willing to share his insights about my dental health in a way I could easily understand! He’s wonderful, and then some! His assistant, Elsa, is wonderful, too! She made getting dental X-rays manageable, which was most helpful to me! Every staff member spoke clearly and made eye contact as they were speaking! Dr Berry + staff = one great experience
