Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy has the worst customer service that I have ever seen or heard. What is so hard to say, hold on please and I will help you asap. But no, they hang up on you or just keep picking up and putting me on hold. Can't stand them or cvs.

Left my prescription with them and was told it was out of stock. They would order it and have it ready for me by noon the next day. A little after noon just to give them enough time I called to see the status. They stated again that the prescription had to be ordered because it was out of stock. When it should have already been ordered. This is something I desperately needed and if they didn’t have I would have just taken the script to fill else where. My swelling and pain worsened and had to make a visit to the emergency room. All due to negligence and no communication. When I picked up the prescription to just take to another pharmacy I couldn’t even get and apology when this was not my fault. Very unprofessional. I would absolutely be taking my prescriptions else where.

This particular store is a perfect example of why people use Amazon: simple order instructions are not followed (ex: No Substitutions); product availability isn’t updated when placing pick-up orders. (Observation on the way out: $5 for Altoids?!)

The pharmacy looks for any reason not to fill your prescription. If you are tired of the 28day wallgreen rule go to a private pharmacy.

Pharmacy sort of hostile. Go somewhere else, although the nearby CVS is not much better
