I went to Chelsea Wellness because of back and shoulder pain due to a car accident. After 25 visits the staff and I worked hard to put me back to myself pain free. The office staff was very welcoming knowledgeable, professional. Always on time! I would choose them for any further issues if necessary. No doubt the best service beyond my expectations.
