Trans Dental Care

Very bad customer service let alone how rude all the workers behind the desk are and not to mention that they pacify customers and tells them they'll call you and they don't. I had a few bad experiences that I want everyone to know. And that's if they don't take down my post which is illegal. But they did twice. So some idiot young dentist pulls my tooth and breaks the one next to it and never told me. I had to find out the hard way. And when I called back, they kept giving me the run around and disconnected me several times. I sure hope even my worst enemy doesn't have to go through this like I did. Please forgive me to anyone seeing this review. After all these weeks I did not know that this was the wrong dentist that I needed to place a review for. This dentist had 242 Everett Ave Dr

This place is awsome, they are affordable and do only what's necessary, I have two girls and brought one to a kids dental office and I had a $300+ out of pocket payment and then brought my other daughter to Trans Dental for I swear the same procedure and paid only $25. I couldn't believe it. I send everyone I know here. They even accept Medicare and Medicaid. I work with seniors and most have mass health and recommend all of them to Trans. My whole family come here. Highly recommend.

The price of this dental office is very reasonable, and the appointment time is very flexible. Last minute emergency appointment is available. I called them right before the close time because my teeth were hurt so badly. I told the doctor that I really needed to fix my teeth and he was willing to help me out. Highly recommended place.

All dental work is done by the Dr. which makes me feel very comfortable. He is fluent in both English and Vietnamese and seems to know Spanish as well.

I came here for teeth cleaning, the dentist is very professional and gentle. I didn't feel much pain during the cleaning which was a pleasure.
