Highland Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

While visiting our sister Mary, at Highland Park in Chelsea, we were truly amazed by the stunning Christmas and Hanukkah decorations throughout the facility. Stepping off the elevator onto the 2nd floor feels like entering a Disney-inspired holiday display. Barbara, the Activities Director, is exceptionally talented and has a remarkable eye for creating breathtaking scenes. From the festive window displays to the beautifully adorned, grand Christmas trees, every detail is thoughtfully designed and impeccably executed. It is difficult to imagine finding a more impressive holiday presentation anywhere-they could easily charge admission. Beyond her incredible creativity, Barbara is also an exceptionally kind, warm and pleasant person. Her genuine care and positive spirit are felt by everyone

They never pick up the phone when your trying to reach a love one. They are infested with rodent problems and administrative takes no action on the issue they skip of over certain clients when giving out food so Literally have to order out for my mom.i stayed on the phone with her for an hr and half before someone came to answer her bell smh and when they came they still told her they will be back and took another 30min don't send ya love ones here. Oh yea and they keep mental health patient on the same floor freely walking into people's room is a no no trying to report this company

So far, I've only had a tour of this facility. However, I can say that the staff and the building itself are all lovely. Everyone that I met was extremely kind and it was decorated beautifully for the holidays. This is genuinely one of the nicest nursing home I have been in. It feels warm and inviting for the residents.

The holiday decor is outstanding, by far the best I've seen.
