Walgreens Pharmacy

Staff is friendly but they are always closed. Recently I put In for a refill with seven days left through the Walgreens app. Went to check it when I was down to 3 days of meds and it showed an exclamation mark with notification to contact the pharmacy after being on hold multiple times I finally reach a pharmacist on SAT. After reviewing they seen I had a refill and stated they will have it filled that day at 3 PM. It’s now Tuesday and I am out of meds and my prescription is still pending! This is not ok!

The people are great but they need more of them. I do a lot of waiting and making noises at the front desk hoping someone is back there and hears me. Feel sorry for the employees.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst and keeps getting worse. Only reason I’ve stayed there is bc I thought it was easier than transferring all my prescriptions. Well I will be transferring asap. After being on the phone with them on and off most of the day, I finally get notice my prescription was ready. When I arrived maybe 20 minutes after this text saying it’s ready. ITS NOT READY! After getting home and about to put this away I realize it looks different than it has the last 6 months. They gave my son the generic version which is a pill too big for him to swallow and the prescription even says to give name brand unless otherwise specified. I will be returning tomorrow to see if they can do anything. This place needs to close as far as I’m concerned.

My experience with Walgreens is always GOOD friendly and PEOPLE r so helpful The Walgreen in CHARLES TOWN WV WHERE I do my shopping. Manager is very nice . All OF THE staff is there 4me AND others Willing to give you A HELPING hand in finding YOU what YOU NEED always. JULIA ALLEN

Pharmacy never open. Closed on weekends. Phone to pharmacy doesn’t works. Disconnects you every single time. The question is - are they competent enough to fill your prescription correctly.
