I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk made everything smooth and stress-free, and the dental team took their time explaining every step so I felt completely comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and very organized. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. I honestly left feeling more confident about my smile. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental team. Five stars all the way!

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The waiting area is magnificently beautiful and relaxing. The front office staff are well prepared to check you in and they are friendly. I like the dentist and dental assistant. They clearly communicate and we made a plan. I’ve never liked going to the dentist but the folks of Charles Town Family Dentistry made me comfortable enough to want to go back.

Quality of work is exceptional. The staff are all new friends. I wish there were better communication up front as to the process step by step and what will be happening at the appointment and how long. There is, however, full price transparency. No unexpected charges at check out. The best part is the judgment free zone. No matter what your dental history, or lack there of, you get a fresh start here. 100% recommend.

The providers are extremely knowledgeable and truly make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The office offers a wide variety of services and uses the latest technology, which really shows in the quality of care you receive. I also appreciated the upfront cost transparency at my first visit—no surprises! I received Botox for migraines from Dr. Westover and couldn’t be more pleased with my results. The office is absolutely beautiful as well. I will definitely continue my care with this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care! 🦷☺️

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Charles Town Family Dentistry. The entire staff is friendly, patient, and truly goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They are especially amazing with kids — calm, gentle, and great at explaining everything in a way that helps ease anxiety. My child actually feels relaxed going to the dentist now, which says a lot. The office is absolutely gorgeous and clean, well-run, and you never feel rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and families. The dentists and their hygienists are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great family dentist in the area!
