Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The hygienist and dentist was kind, patient, and explained every step clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. The office was spotless and used modern equipment, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I received. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for excellent, gentle, and trustworthy dental care.

Pros: 1) Got an appointment in reasonable amount of time. 2) The staff was kind and thorough. Cons: 1) Weird text threatening you with fee which I've never received at any dentist. 2) Wait was a bit long after my arrival.

Our children are picky about dentists, luckily we found this one that is local and does a great job for them. I'm not as picky, but they do a great job for me as well. Staff has been great from top to bottom. Highly recommended.

I received a call from Charles Town Dental asking if I was coming to an appointment I didn’t even know I had. The receptionist insisted I made the appointment back in March, but I had no record of it and was out of town. She was very short with me the entire time and kept bringing up a $75 missed appointment fee. When I asked about reminders, she claimed they left a voicemail and sent texts—but I never received either. She even said I must have blocked their texts by replying “stop.” I told her I would not be coming back to their office. She wouldn’t listen when I said I would check my phone records to prove they never called. After checking, my phone records confirmed there was no call. I’ve been a patient of Drs. Armentrout and Salas for many years and am thrilled they now have a Charles Town location. I highly recommend this office.!! I have NEVER had any issues with their service or billing /insurance. They have a great staff and facilities are always clean.
