Walgreens Pharmacy

Always a swift, pleasant experience. I even accidentally left my card in the drive-thru and they called me right away about it. I really appreciate the text notifications for when a prescription is ready.

I love Walgreens but they are now very short staffed. I've had more than a handful of new prescriptions that had to be ordered and took a week to come in. Then I had to wait for the insurance prior authorization. The staff is very nice, competent and helpful and they can fill your prescriptions in a few minutes if needed asap.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They are extremely slow and have absolutely no sense of urgency when it’s busy. Their notification system is constantly either calling/texting me when my prescription is not ready or not telling me and then it has to be refilled again. Told them numerous times but it doesn’t matter. I would highly recommend picking a different pharmacy. Always someone else working here as the turnover rate must be super high. Perpetually telling them my last name and DOB multiple times at the drive through, EVERYTIME.Nothing against Walgreens as a company as I haven’t had to deal with them outside of this branch…… but this branch is absolutely horrible

I would give a negative rating if I could. The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. A family member of mine had surgery and went to pick up her scripts and as of now it has been OVER 48 hours and she STILL does NOT have her medication. When we called, the pharmacy hung up. When we talked to the store manager, we were advised to go somewhere else because their pharmacy is a joke. The manager would rather turn business away than correct a clear growing problem they are aware of. I wonder if they would do the same if it were them or their family members who needed medication. Run, don't walk away from this Walgreens!

No one in the pharmacy answers the phone. Rude customer service when you have a question. When asked why my prescription was not filled and I missed three days on it I was told "it's because we have other things to do at this job and we're behind". My medication can NOT be cut cold turkey and the pharmaceutical staff does not care one bit. I gave over 4 days notice before I was out to fill it and they still did not care. Horrible, zero empathy, and always acts like they do not want to be there.
