The service and skills of the people at this office are simply excellent. I got an appointment the same day I called. The people in the office made me feel like I had been a client for years. All of my hearing health needs were addressed immediately and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Just adding. I've had these aids for a year this month and didn't purchase them there. They were never right from the start. I suspected they were defective, but after trying 2 different offices nothing was done. Last office told me I needed cochlear implants, nothing she could do. Maggie listened to me and actually checked the aids and found I was right, there was an issue. She sent them back to the manufacturer for me. RIght now they're the best they ever were. I'll go back for some fine tuning in a couple more weeks of using them.
