Walgreens Pharmacy

WILD. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a pharmacy tech. And then when I complain, the pharmacist basically told me to screw myself and then decided to prove a point and withhold my medicine until I apologized for arguing with her. Very weird experience. I’ll obviously be back because it’s the closest to my house…but I just hope I don’t have to run into Karen, the short haired pharmacist from hell.

Always have nice people who work here! Never had a problem finding anything and it's a very clean place!

Melody, the pharmacy manager, was absolutely incredible. We came from out of town with my boyfriend’s elderly mother who forgot one of her medications. She went over and beyond to help us get her prescription on a Saturday!!! Thank you so very much, Melody! You showed empathy and compassion in an urgent situation!

The lady in the cosmetic section at this location (Coronado & Cape Coral Pkwy) is always so helpful! She is very knowledgeable about the products in her department, she has shared relevant information and personal results when I couldn't decide between 2 similar products. That "personal touch" is so rare these days and the reason I continue to shop Walgreens.

Nothing but issues with medications. Trying to tell me what my doctor's say is wrong and that they cannot "ethically" give me what I need. Told me to come back when I changed dosages to be acceptable. Laughable really, I don't understand how this pharmacist has a job. I love Walgreens but never again will I use their pharmacy services
