Walgreens Pharmacy

Going into this Walgreens no one agreed at me that is very unusual considering I go into multiple Walgreens and they are also friendly. The cashier was behind the counter as if she didn’t want to be seen or bothered. I am a couponer And had four small transactions when I went up to the front to get checked out, she seemed annoyed, I got back register rewards and try to use them on my last transaction and she denied me saying that I’ve already did my laundry Products. She was very unfriendly. I will not be going back to this one.

In the past year the pharmacy drive through has been closed 3 different times. I'm 74 and my wife is 70. It's been closed this time for 2 months and they keep saying it will be open soon. I tried to call and see if our scripts were ready last week and I was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes so I drove over. When I got and walked back to the pharmacy it was closed. I was told all the people that worked there had the flu.

Had 4 prescriptions and have had to make 3 trips to fix their errors last one pending. Hoping this will finish me terrible experience with them as I am switching to CVS in January. Much better experience with CVS

One of the pharmacy techs, Amanda is completely rude and barely acknowledges you when you come in store. I have been there multiple times and every time I go there she is always rude. She acts like you are an annoyance to her. This is the worst pharmacy in the area as far as customer service goes.

just plain rude staff. i’m coming there for medications because my son is sick. they tell me 20 mins so I go back 30 mins later then i’m told to wait 10 more mins I come back 25 mins later and the “pharmacist” was so rude and her tone of voice was not one of someone in customer service. you shouldn’t be working with people if you don’t like people.
