Beautiful Smiles Dentistry at Red Bud

I had to change my kid's dentist due to insurance. We really like Dr. O! She joked around with us and made us feel comfortable. We strongly felt like she cares more about the patients than the money. I noticed there was a lady there (Keely?) Bless her heart, they were running her all over the place. They had her running all sorts of tasks and she did a great job juggling everything. I will say though due to everything she was doing, it took her quite a while to get to us, but she was super nice and professional. My kids were comfortable and liked their visit and in my opinion that says a lot when kid's say that because most kid's hate going to the dentist. I had work done for a root canal and was told that services would not begin until the balance was paid in full, which I did. When I returned three months later for a cleaning, I was informed that I had an outstanding balance. After discussing and explaining the situation for several minutes, they eventually stated that I no longer owed anything. Additionally, my scheduled 10:00 AM appointment had been given away, and I was told I would need to reschedule. On top of that, the tooth that received the root canal is still causing slight discomfort. Overall, this experience has been frustrating due to the billing confusion, scheduling issue, and ongoing discomfort. I declined a reschedule folks take care of your teeth floss and brush twice a day.

The dentist and hygienist were very friendly. The staff were friendly but incompetent when it came to dealing with insurance companies. They overcharge the individual and then when it is time to give a refund they will only write a check that you have to go pick up personally instead of refunding back to the credit card. I had a broken tooth and a temp crown, when I went back for the permanent crown based on the appointment they made I was told they had not received payment from my insurance company and I would either have to come back (40 minute drive) or pay myself. Basically holding my crown for ransom. I was able to log onto my insurance company website and show they had already paid yet I still had to pay then to get the crown in my mouth. I had a horrible experience. Got some X-rays, and they double booked me for a cleaning. X-rays showed I needed some fillings. Well they had an opening come up so was able to get them same day. Waited over an hour past when my X-rays were done/when I was scheduled for my cleaning before they finally got me back for the cleaning, just for them to tell me they didn't have time. They still did my fillings. I have seizures, which I made sure they were aware, and they set off two. They didn't let the person with me stay near me to help, even after I requested it, or even tell them I had the seizures while there. I woke up from the second seizure confused and didn't know where I was or who I was with for a minute. Then the thing they were using for suction stopped working and they basically start
