I used them years ago before moving and everything was amazing. Recently moved back and had some major issues that shouldn’t have happened. The staff has always been friendly except one instance. I had a medication that had a dose increase which requires the insurance to override it. I called multiple times and ask that they call to have it overridden and they refused to do so. They kept saying that it’s been filled recently and they can’t do anything but rerun it. Which is false. My insurance even stated that the pharmacy has to call them for the override. The tech got rude with me after I told them they had to call to get an override and then hung up on me. I had to call insurance and get everyone on a 3 way call to get it overridden. I’m usually very happy with the service here but today one of the cashiers was talking to a customer who was already checked out and not even discussing medicine or prescriptions she was yacking about personal stuff. I was on my lunch break waiting in line and the drive thru cashier (very sweet and pretty lady) had to check me out and she had customers lined up in the drive thru. I can only surmise that this yacking cashier was an owner or family member because she was completely comfortable standing there having a personal discussion and letting customers wait. Inexcusable customer service. I don’t care if you are an owner or family member of the owner you need to prioritize your customers. She could have checked me out and still had her side bar conversation with the other customer.

Get your prescriptions filled gast not a long wait at all. Great costumer service most of the time. Drive-thru service available as well. I've used this pharmacy for 10 years or longer. Also, lower prices on prescriptions compared to other drug stores and pharmacies. They do take most coupons and/or discount cards. Wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking.

Been using them for about 10 yrs now . It has that down home feel to it that makes you at ease when talking to them about your medicine. They are always friendly and helpful

I have never been allowed to wait at the drive-thru window for over 20 minutes while my prescription was being filled! This is the kind of reason why my wife has already moved her prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was loyal until today. Just so they know, when I pulled in there was 1 car at the window and 1 car in the parking lot. They had not spoken to the car at the window in over 20 minutes while I sat there blocked as there were 5-6 cars in line! The excuse I got when I called to complain was that they had been slammed all day! I am sure the inside got busy because people behind me were able to get out of line and go inside to get helped quicker. The person on the phone was not very customer friendly, either.
