I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Herring and her entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is warm and professional, and every staff member goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. Dr. Herring is truly exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I never felt rushed or pressured. 0 Star — If I could give zero, I would. From my very first visit, this clinic was a complete disaster. Over the phone, they quoted me one price for a dental cleaning, but once I arrived, they completely misled me and pushed me into signing up for a $49 “annual plan” with supposed discounts that turned out to be meaningless. After my appointment, they handed me a treatment list with shocking prices — including $875 for a “deep cleaning” they insisted I needed and claimed would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Since I didn’t know another office that could take me after work, I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. When the day finally came, the “deep cleaning” lasted exactly 25 minutes. It was the quickest cleaning I’ve ever had in my life, and it was clear I did NOT receive the service they

No one enjoys the dentist, but if I have to have work done I come here. Dr. Herring and her staff are so kind and compassionate. And I trust them, which goes a long way. They also have the best hygienist I've ever been to. Autumn removed orthodontic cement off a tooth that had been there for years and other hygienists had ignored. And she's also extremely kind. Great office.

Mallory, the office manager, was absolutely incredible—she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable the entire time. You can really tell she cares about each patient and runs the office with kindness and efficiency. The rest of the team was just as friendly and helpful, and the whole visit was smooth and stress-free. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, especially thanks to Mallory’s outstanding service!

First time at Aspen Dental. Amazing staff, very informative. They did a great job with getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Herring was awesome! I hope all the other Aspen Dental offices are this good because I travel a lot and I'll definitely go back wherever I am.
