Walgreens Pharmacy

For the pharmacy, in general, I give them 2 stars. But for one of their techs, Ryan, I give them 5+ stars. He went above and beyond to locate my medication at not only other Walgreen's stores (only 1 in the valley on Apple St in Boise), but with other nearby pharmacies. He handled the transfer of the script and my information, so all I had to do was pick it up at the other pharmacy. I am sure it was due to Walgreen's (or their supplier)inefficient way of ordering the meds for stocking purposes that he did it, but it was SO appreciated by me that he did! Thank you, Ryan!!

I don't know how a pharmacy could have such poor customer service or demonstrate so little responsibility to their patrons. Their automated phone system is grating, doesn't recognize most voice commands, and often just hangs up. I have almost never been able to get in touch with a human representative over the phone. Whenever I have a question or need a prescription refilled, I have to go all the way down there in person, which can be difficult as a person with medical issues. Additionally, it takes hours, if not days, for them to fill urgent prescriptions. Nobody who really depends on their medications should use this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Their customer service is atrocious and their times are by far the worst I have ever experienced.

We have been with Walgreens for 20 years excellent service.

Slow Pharmacy. Waited 10minutes because the pharmacist was buying 2 Pepsi drinks at the pharmacy register.
