If I could give zero stars, I would. I originally called asking for a prescription to be transferred from Kaiser to this location on Friday. The tech sounded super overwhelmed and said he couldn’t get to it that day and that I would have to wait until Saturday. Weird, but okay. I told him that was fine, but that I needed it by Monday. I never heard back from the pharmacy so I assumed they were working on it. When I checked on Monday, they said they couldn’t get the transfer from my pharmacy due to the holiday. In this moment, I realized they had never put in the transfer over the weekend and they hadn’t even documented our phone call. I checked again on Tuesday and they said that the inclement weather was causing offices to close and that they could not transfer my prescription. Any offi

This place is completely unorganized. I came in sick as a dog to get my prescription refilled. The men at the counter were less than friendly and stated that it would be filled in an hour and a half. I drove all the way home to lay in my bed for a few hours to return to the clinic SEVEN HOURS later for them to say “your prescription was sent to another clinic”… I’m sorry? Why would I speak with someone at your clinic that said you had it and it would be ready in an hour and a half then? Will definitely not be utilizing this Walgreens for any prescriptions moving forward.
