Peachtree Immediate Care - Brookhaven

I paid $250 for a Tier 1 visit advertised as “can include” X-ray/EKG/basic labs. I received imaging, but basic labs (e.g., CBC) were not done. When I called afterward to ask if the labs could be added, because it’s included in the $250 pack, but I was told they would not do it because I “didn’t request it at the visit,” and that I would have to pay again. On my first visit, the front desk failed to register/check me in properly. I ended up waiting over two hours while multiple patients who arrived after me were called ahead. Only after I followed up did they realize the mistake. This was frustrating and unnecessary, and it reflects poor front-desk organization and communication. This was the best ER visit I had. Marlina, Aron and Rachel were all EXCEPTIONAL. There was a storm and the weather was really bad, but the immediate care in brookhaven was open. I was welcome immediately by Marlina, she was very friendly and sympathetics, offered great customer service. Aaron was thorough and very nice, he asked a lot of questions and was very patient with me trying to remember all my medications. Rachel took her time to identifying the health issues I was experiencing. She explained all my options and made sure to explain each step in my recovery process. I left feeling better just the way I was treated. Thank you and I hope every immediate care facility provides such a great experience.

I got there on a Monday evening and the facility was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. I waited barely ten minutes before being seen. The intake nurses were patient and did their due diligence ensuring they understood my concerns. The doctor who assisted me, Dr. Holbrook, had an amazing manner and was patient with me as well. I’ll definitely be back, and recommend this facility.

I scheduled an 11:50 AM appointment for a pre-employment drug screen. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked how much longer the wait would be. I was told 30 more minutes. I should have known the wait was going to be horrendous when two young ladies left without being seen and politely asked the front desk to just cancel their appointments. I imagined my wait would not be too bad because I am only presenting for a lab draw and do not need to see a physician. I agree with other comments that place seems to have declined recently. I won’t be coming back.

The providers I saw were attentive and made me feel heard during my visit. Unfortunately, the aftercare has been nonexistent. I missed a call for lab results and have left six messages over a week with no callback. I also developed a concerning symptom related to the medication and again received no response. Good care during the visit, but very poor follow-up. No patient should have to leave six messages to receive lab results or guidance on concerning symptoms. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in follow-up and patient communication.
