Piedmont Urgent Care - Brookhaven

Three weeks ago, I slipped on some ice and bruised my knee. I wasn’t sure how serious it was, so I decided to walk into Piedmont Urgent Care in Brookhaven to get an X-ray and have it checked out. From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth and professional. The front desk receptionist was very attentive and kind. She quickly got me registered and booked, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which I truly appreciated. The nurse practitioner took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me clarity and peace of mind about what was going on with my knee. I left feeling informed and relieved. If you need something looked at quickly and handled professionally, I definitely recommend Piedmont Urgent Care in Brookhaven. Great service, efficient, and caring staff.

Everyone (front desk, nurse, PA) was SO nice and friendly. It was easy to make an online appointment. I didn’t have to wait. The paperwork part (insurance info, health, address, etc) was very easy to input online before the appointment. I was able to notify them I had arrived, and was able to wait in the parking lot until they called me in (a good way to limit exposure to other sick patients). The PA that attended to me (Eskew) was very knowledgeable and informative. She prescribed antibiotics and I just felt so much better knowing I had a game plan. (She also gave me some pointers for prevention). I’m so thankful that I chose this particular urgent care. Thank you all so much🧡🧡🧡.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and Professional. The facility is brand new, beautifully appointed, clean and very well equipped. The facility was not crowded and service was prompt. The Doctor listened closely and gave clear explanations. He and the nurses and technician had excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend this Piedmont Urgent Care facility.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The medical team (Thank you LESLY AND BAILEY E.) truly listened to my concerns and made me feel cared for instead of rushed. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided excellent treatment. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone needing fast, quality medical attention. Excellent in every way! Convenient location, and parking. Very clean and bright environment The Piedmont staff/technician at the front desk was efficient and friendly. The in-take nurse who oversaw all patient objectives did a great job and had a caring manner. She was also quite personable. My doctor was top notch. Professional, sharp and listened. I left there feeling heard & "seen" and most importantly diagnosed and treated. :)
