Changing my review. They were very short and rude at first and what felt like very uncaring. They did come back to me with a more cost effective solution, and I appreciate that. Just incredibly high prices, especially if you don’t have insurance.

Easily the worst Walgreens experience I’ve had. Staff act like they couldn’t care less, slow, rude, and unprofessional, especially in the pharmacy. The blonde woman in the mornings (possibly the manager) takes rudeness to a new level. Maybe it’s burnout or low wages, but whatever the cause, it shows. I don’t leave many reviews, but this place practically begged for one. Save yourself the headache and go to CVS down the road, night and day difference.

Wife had to come 3 times for her medicine. First, they didn't have it, then they found it and had it the whole time. Then she came twice to get it and they didn't have it ready after days. Took about 3 or 4 days to get her medicine

Left us outside in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes without any service although I was the only car outside, and once attended were treated very disrespectfully. She spoke Spanish at first and had me repeat myself over and over and spoke english afterwards in such a rude tone. After she ignored me for approximately 30 minutes taking calls and attending others in the pharmacy. Once we received the medication they didn’t explain anything about the medication and only asked if I had any questions and didn’t have any manners whatsoever just let is leave without any explanation or goodbyes. It was a very horrible experience and gave horrible service and attention.

Worst pharmacy imaginable. Never have meds ready even when informed it'll be 30 minutes, won't have ready next day, have to wait in store for 30 minutes. Won't hold meds for 4 days, lose them, then have no proof you ever had a prescription, so you have to call doctor and start over.
