Smiles University Pediatric Dentistry

I don’t normally do reviews, good or bad, but I felt this was necessary. My child has been going to a dentist in Elgin and it was never awful but there were a few concerns that came up over the years. The biggest concern was when they tried to charge us twice on two separate visits, thankfully I kept receipts and was able to get it cleared up. I continued with that office because I understand human/system errors happen. Earlier this month, my child had a cleaning and to check a filling that has apparently come out, the dentist suggested a cap be placed, scheduled the appointment and went on our way. Fast forward, day of appointment, we get there and we were told there was no appointment for my child on their system. Got an apology and suggestion to reschedule. Nothing else. I knew we had t

I’ve taken my son to Smiles U his whole life and it’s the best for kids!! Never once had a bad experience, everyone is so thoughtful and kind. They always work with us on treatment and never over sell anything. Definitely can trust them and my son feels so comfortable going. We saw Dr. Danna this week and it was great as always.

Awesome Staff! Dr. Adam was great with my eight year old. I would definitely recommended this place. We enjoyed their comfort dog’s company Pumpkin. My daughter is looking forward to her next visit.

The experience my kids have when visiting the office is unmatched. We have been regulars of this office for 7 years. They always look forward to their 6 month check ups. Everyone is so welcoming, caring, fun and patient. It really is 100% all about the kids. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. But this office has been a 11 out of 10 for our family and deserves to be recognized. Thank you!

Jace has been a patient for several years. We love the Dr’s and staff. Always very professional and always making our visits so pleasant while receiving the best care! We will miss everyone, as Jace is now 18 and moving on to an adult dentist!!
