One Smile Dental

I had a teeth cleaning today at one smile great and very professional work! They are very thorough and explain everything very well. Sergio is a great hygienist great at what he does. The front desk staff is very polite and welcoming. This all around a great place to get any dentistry done! Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived everyone treated me extremely well. Everyone was polite and each action was explained before or while it was being conducted. My dental hygienist Sergio, was courteous and professional. As usual Dr. Collins greated me with a handshake when he entered the room. I was very pleased with my visit.

For someone with anxiety about dentists, one smile sure makes it manageable to go to appts. Dee is super friendly and makes sure I’m comfortable. The dentist I see there is personable and takes a conservative approach, doesn’t recommend procedures I don’t need. I like that they get me in and out pretty quickly. 5 stars!

I would like to start off with it is my fault for not checking to see if they were in network. I went there then I paid for services. Then found out that they weren't in my network. So, I asked if they could reverse the charge. Didn't make sense to me to use them if I had to pay for everything out of pocket. Two weeks later they still hadn't reversed the transaction. I would just suggest being more informed about how the dental and insurance process works before using one smile dental. Other offices I used in the past informed me before using them whether they were in network or not. One smile does not offer that information up freely.

My first visit to this dental office and it was terrific, from check in to check out! The receptionist was very helpful. The dental assistant was patient and explained all the steps she was following. Sergio, the hygienist, was beyond patient with my dental phobias and made sure that I had the best, non-painful cleaning I've had in years! Dr. Collins was great at explaining the next process and why they were needed. I'm so happy to have gone to One Smile Dental today! Thanks so much!
