Walgreens Pharmacy

got to be the worst pharmacy ive ever dealt with. apparently they've been filling my meds wrong for months. nobody picks up the phone, even when other pharmacies call them for transfers. they have the nastiest attitude I've ever seen and they're currently holding one of my medications hostage for TRIPLE whats its worth anywhere else. transfer my shit and let me get on with my life, damn!

This is the worse pharmacy ever! I was sitting on the phone on HOLD for 30 minutes and then they hung up on me (today). I’m currently on the phone and ON HOLD again 20 minutes and counting. In the past, they’ve canceled my prescription and tried blaming it on my doctor when it was one of their pharmaceutical employees.

This place has gotten more and more difficult to work with. They outsource many of the prescription fills so medications from pain management doctors don't get filled for days, they love to do partial fills on medications so they collect double the co-pay, and when you ask them when the complete fill will be ready they tell you "after the truck comes in." Also, if you pick up the colonoscopy prep supplies, don't expect them to ring those supplies up with the other prescriptions you are picking up. They make you go through yhe pharmacy checkout for the meds and the main checkout for the colonoscopy supplies. Also, don't plan on picking up prescriptions in the morning hours. The pharmacy tech will tell you she's not awake enough to check you out. Their practice now is to put all of your m

The attitude here is terrible. I asked to speak with another person because I couldn't understand the accent and she also kept overspeaking me and wouldn't let me talk. She told me she was the only one there and the other person was running the drive through.So there was no one else I could talk to.

I hate this pharmacy especially the one in Bartow the attitudes are very nasty which I will be calling corporate on them I don’t have time for the bs acting like they coming back to phone when put you on hold for a long time
