Transition is always difficult but this one has been easy. I was treated with the same level of courtesy, professionalism, and kindness as before. I look forward to a good relationship with the new dentists and staff. Congratulations Dr. Brown on your retirement--it is well-deserved. Thank you for the years of service.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. I think it's a little pricey. Also, it is hard for some people to have to pay up front then wait on their insurance to reimburse them. It is very hard in this day and age to come up with even $100. Dr. Parmar is very nice and friendly. Can a person make payments with no finance charge or other charges to pay what they have to pay up front? Don't get me wrong, I really love your dental practice. Dr. Parmar is very knowledgeable and up to date with all the new dental technology.

I have been going to this dentist for about 3 years now. I really liked Dr Brown, but since his retirement I have been helped by Dr P who is a great dentist and a really nice guy. I really like how they genuinely care about my dental hygiene, and doesn't come across judgy at all. Just today I got a cleaning and they provided advice on better ways to brush to get those hard ro each spots. Great local dentist office for us Bartownians that like a nice smile for fair prices and great work!

First time meeting new doctor and staff. Everyone was quite cordial and the hygienist has a great sense of humor besides doing a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth. New doctor exudes a calm and confident demeanor and smiles quickly and easily. My insurance is an issue but I am working on it so I can continue to visit this office. All in all, a 10 out of 10. Welcome to town!

Everyone was very friendly. That being said I have gone to Dr. Brown for years and he has always worked with we me especially when I didn’t have insurance. It’s under new management and I understand things change when new management comes in. Now you have to pay up front and be reimbursed by your insurance and I think the prices are higher. Dr. Parmar found several places of concern although I was just there 6 months ago and Dr. Brown found none of these. I might be able to have a couple of the procedures done but not all since I just can’t afford it. I’m sure Dr. Parmar is a good dentist.
