Dr Ellis is amazing! He is hands down the best Dr!! This is a great ortho practice. Everyone is so nice and they listen to your concerns and address them. Ive had braces here, my oldest daughter and now my youngest daughter and every interaction is wonderful. Keep up the great work.

From the very beginning, my experience with Dietrich & Kelso Orthodontics has been absolutely amazing! The entire process has been so easy and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the office itself is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I’ve never had to wait long for any of my appointments, which I really appreciate! They even sent me a handwritten card after my first appointment with specific tidbits from a cute conversation we had which made me smile. A huge shoutout to Lauren, who went above and beyond to research options for my specific situation — her kindness and dedication truly made me feel cared for. So far, I love, love, love everything about this office, and I’m genuinely excited for my orthodontic journey here.

Getting braces actually isn't that bad! The people there are very nice and gentle and make it a fun experience, especially when you get them off! At first, braces might suck, but you get used to it pretty quickly. It doesn't actually hurt when they put braces on or take them off or change the wires. Afterwords it might hurt, especially when you first get them on. For me, it didn’t hurt at all after they changed my wires, but when they first put my braces on it hurt for a week. And when I got rubber bands for the first time, that hurt a little, too. But it’s not that bad, and they are very nice there!

My children and I are always greeted with kindness when entering. The staff are pleasant all the time thank you. Kindness goes a long way.

I have 2 sons who are wearing braces right now. The Doctors and staff at both the Bartow and South Lakeland locations (because we haven’t visited any other locations, lol) are amazing. The offices are really clean and well stocked. I totally recommend anyone to go there for any orthodontic needs!😊
