Bartow Animal Clinic

I started using this vet earlier this year and I would definitely recommend this practice ! The Dr. is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took his time with my dogs and explained everything in very basic terms at their yearly checkups. The office staff is super friendly, professional and kind. The real gem is definitely Kirsten. Her smile is contagious at the front desk upon arrival and she has a passion for every animal that walks in. I’m on a fixed income so she spent time with me discussing all costs and giving me an accurate estimate of charges and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services like most local vets. She even called to check on my pups the day after they were prescribed a new medication! Bartow Animal Clinic treats pets like family . Thank you!

There are pros and cons to this clinic. The personal, one vet, clinic was bought by a large company. My experience this winter is a different vet every time. Everyone is nice but I have gotten conflicting advice from the vets. To get enough of my dogs allergy meds, I had to go online.

I was in a sad place calling about euthanizing my 15 year old cocker, I explained the situation they got me in to an open last minute appointment, they were at the door to help when we arrived. They were extremely professional and empathetic to our Sophia girl. We were very blessed they could see us that day and help us through this difficult time. From the front desk to the ladies in the back and the Dr. they were all great! Pepper wouldn’t stay inside. Not sure he will come back inside. But we attempted to make him an inside cat.

Great staff, they are caring and compassionate. Ashley is a great vet, even my cat told me she's the best. Would recommend them a 100%. KBrown and Muchu..
