Walgreens Pharmacy

Never have I encountered such laziness and incompetence as I did when I went to this pharmacy earlier tonight. It’s no joke when I say it took me 5 minutes what this pharmacist could not do in 4 1/2 hours. All that needed to be done was to call the ER that prescribed the medication and verify it who the doctor was and the directions. When I got there the pharmacist with a smug look on her face kept telling me she was hung up on by someone, transferred to the drowning fish department in the cafeteria, and every other nonsensical excuse why she couldn’t figure it out to get it filled. And keep it mind that this is what she’s trained to do her job filling and verifying scripts. But no not this lady I literally stood in front of her with the hospital on the phone until I had a charge nurse

Walgreens has gone through many changes through the years currently it's the only pharmacy besides CVS in atascadero the next pharmacy would be Aurora grande. The staff are pleasant customers not so much everyone just needs to have patience going through the drive-thru or walking in

Staff is overworked, they are understaffed. 45 minutes to pick up an RX. Although clearly stressed, the pharmacy staff doesn't take it out on the customer.

I had gone in to purchase sanitary products and other personal hygiene products. Had a little trouble finding what I was looking for and it also had a little trouble finding staff to help me. Aside from the girl at the front counter who was unable to leave her position. Use another pharmacy so can't comment there.

I haven been getting two prescriptions forever and now my prescription is delayed every time bc I have to call to confirm I am taking them both. When I called to resolve the problem, they hung up on me.
