As always my appointment with Kristin Viera went smoothly. She really listens to me about my concerns and I always feel better when I leave. She is a caring and overall good person. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. Everyone there has been very helpful and kind.

My experience with Dr Bik has always been good but this time she seemed to be in a big hurry. In the visit information I got on my email said she irrigated my ear, she did not. It also said she ordered a UA, she did not. Hopefully she gets back to being the Dr she was

Dr Bik is one of the best primary care physicians that I've ever had in my entire life! She's very caring, thorough, & she doesn't rush to get you out of the examination room like I've experienced in other practices. In addition, the nurses & office staff are very friendly, cordial, & competent in their jobs.
