ATTENTION WORKERS COMP PATIENTS: I’m a Workers Comp patient. After having to wait 6 weeks to get in, I was sent a link for patient registration online. I filled out all the information only to get to the last page, the Financial Responsibility page, a legally binding contract stating I will be financially responsible for all services should there be a problem with my insurance. My name could not be changed and I couldn’t complete the registration without signing that page. I’m NOT financially responsible so didn’t sign that page. A couple days later I get another request to fill out this paperwork. I called the office and explained my situation, asked if I could fill out hard copy registration instead and was told they don’t do that anymore. I explained there is no reason to not have an o

5 years later and Pacific Pain is still helping me stay out of pain They go above and beyond to push my referrals through when I'm in excruciating pain. Barbara Irish is one of the best N.P's, Matt Ebling even called me during his daughter's soccer game to check in on me and Dr Pires is the best doctor ever that does the procedures. He is care and empathetic and compassionate. I love that they don't just hand out painted meds like candy, they will not prescribe long term meds. I always look for more conservative approaches and don't like putting any meds in my body. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for relief. I've been with them for years and will continue to forever be with them. Thank you to everyone at Pacific Pain for always being there for me!

These are the most incompetent doctors I've ever dealt with in my entire life and I've dealt with hundreds of doctors around here they cut my medication in half overnight so I went through withdrawals and then they didn't schedule me another pain medication appointment for a month after I run up to put me right back on them again I had a procedure that was supposed to be done today and they didn't ever call me to tell me what time it was at I had to get a hold of them and ask do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here literally squirrel could do a better job than these doctors. The practice continues to change their policies to the point that it's impossible to get care even as an established patient. I'm past due for a treatment I've been getting with them every 3 months for years and have been struggling to get care only to be told today "we're no longer providing it" so all of the hoops they've been making me jump through to get my treatment were for nothing. They gave me no warning that these changes were coming and led me along as if I would continue to get care if I kept trying. People come here because they are in pain. To continually mislead patients who are in pain and give them false hope is shameful. Then they billed me for the appointment where they mislead me into believing I would receive care. Pacific pain doctors are compassionate, caring, and have made my life have a better quality. Nurses and front office are all amazing. This office goes above and beyond to help their patients. I would recommend them to anyone who is suffer from chronic pain. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and suffer from imense pain in every single joint. Degeneration in my back, knee, and my ribs. I am in getting injections often due to my debilitating disease. Their care goes beyond just patient care they treat you like family. Thank you to all at Pacific Pain for giving me my life back.
