Walgreens Pharmacy

PHARMACIST is HORRIBLE!! Was put on hold for over 20 minutes two times. Finally spoke to the pharmacist who listened to what I had to say for about 10 seconds, cut me off said it was too soon. Then said I was getting loud with her and she was going to disconnect the call. She sure enough did! I wasn't loud one bit!!! Called back and she hung up on me AGAIN!!!

This pharmacy is absolute trash. They tell you one thing and require another. They told me my prescriptions can't be refilled early without insurance approval. I received insurance approval and they still refuse to fill my prescriptions. They require proof of why I need it earlier than the would normally fill it. If my insurance is approving it why do I need to provide documents to someone that isnt my doctor or insurance to fill the prescriptions. I'm taking my business elsewhere. This place has been nothing but problems since they switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens. They are unhelpful and tell you the wrong information.

I take 8 medications every day, and I transferred my prescriptions to the Rite aid in Bay Hills shopping center at the beginning of February. I am allowed to take up to 4 yellow pills during the day. However, the pills I got from Rite Aid were larger and blue. I didn't think anything of it because I always get generic brands, and they often come in different shapes and sizes. But ever since I picked up my meds, I have been throwing them up Every Single morning. So I finally used an online pill identifier... And it turns out that I have been taking FOUR ANTIBIOTICS every day, for WEEKS!! Never, in all my years, have I been given the wrong medication from a pharmacy! It's unheard of! Can you imagine!? I am Extremely grateful that I didn't end up in a hospital. IMO Rite Aid is going down the

The pharmacy staff are incredibly rude and simply unhelpful. On more than one occasion, I have called or either shown up in person to receive medication that I was told by walgreens was available for pickup, just to show up and be told no. Along with that, on numerous occasions I have had walgreens either deny my insurance or not inform me that my insurance didn't work, or that they were unable to provide me my medication. Not once can I name a good experience here

Went into this location to pick up on a few items that I could not find at the grocery store. It was around 5pm when I stopped by and the store cashiers in the front were very busy checking out customers. I was hoping to perhaps find a kite that I could share with my grandchildren. Since the front cashiers were so busy I walked to the back of the store hoping to find an employee that could simply tell me if the store carried kites. I had no luck finding a floor employee so I stopped at the pharmacy counter. They had no customers and there were three employees behind the pharmacy counter just chatting.
