Change Your Pace Therapeutic Massage

Mona is the best massage therapist I've ever had the privilege to work with. She gives the perfect amount of pressure and does really well at listening to your body and massaging right where you need it. Because of her, I am slowly starting to get my life back and I couldn't be more thankful. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend her. She was voted best of the best for a reason and that reason is extremely clear.

Steve is THE BEST!! He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and customizes your experience by communicating early and often! I am a desk-worker, 3+ hour a day commuter, and he worked years of stress out of my back and shoulders. I feel like a new person even days later. Cannot recommend him enough.

She listened to the areas I wanted to focus on and customized for the best massage I have ever had. She even provided tips for me on stretching to prevent future issues. Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Ysabel! She was truly magic at working out deep, stubborn knots. She checked in with me periodically regarding the pressure which I really appreciated. Could not recommend her enough!

I started going to Change your Pace (at the Arnold office) after my regular massage therapist in Arnold moved to the West Coast. The transition was very smooth and I am glad to have met Cheryl. It’s obvious she loves what she does. She is an excellent massage therapist but also a smart business owner. She is an easy going, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable professional. Cheryl listens to you and your body and makes my body feel better during and after the session. I highly recommend her!
