Want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Conley! She is the best. She was able to get me in the very next day when I had a skin infection. She puts allot of care in her patients and takes her time with each appointment. It doesn’t feel like a factory doctor office where you are just a patient number.

In today’s world, finding a great primary care physician is not easy. My husband and I feel so fortunate that we are patients at Bay Crossing Family Medicine. And now our three adult children are patients. In our 70 plus years we have never had a primary care physician who was as compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, up to date on the latest medical tests, procedures, etc. and spent as much time with us as Ramona Seidel. She takes the time to listen and together we make a plan to take care of our concerns. The office staff is extremely efficient at following up to remind us of any bloodwork or tests that we need to have done. And no long waits at her two offices, one in Arnold and one in Annapolis. We highly recommend Bay Family Crossing Medicine.

Very comprehensive, caring, and compassionate. Very responsive to patients’ messages. Dr Seidel and Dr Conley take a lot of time to listen and explain. They are very professional yet personable, knowledgeable yet accommodating. I’m very satisfied and comfortable with the doctors and health professionals in this practice. All my adult girls go here, too.

My visits to Dr. Seidel have always been supportive and caring. I feel listened to and have received the best medical care imaginable. Dr. Seidel is a wonderful doctor and gives me all the time I need including efficiency, too. Her staff is knowledgeable and personable and I enjoy being around them. Doctor visits are not known to be enjoyable but i find visits to this office just that. I know i will be treated expertly and with care by everyone. And I feel better and get well, too, after my visit!!
