I had an amazing experience at Bay Hills Family Dentistry from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was incredibly easy—the phone call was smooth, professional, and welcoming, which immediately set a great tone. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was patient, kind, and truly cared about my experience. The doctor was absolutely amazing-knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt heard and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Bay Hills Family Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care and outstanding customer service!

I have been going to this dentist for about 8 years now, and I have been consistently impressed with every aspect of the office. The office setting is clean, comfortable, and updated. The front desk staff is very friendly, and truly goes the extra mile in trying to help schedule appointments (thank you!). The hygienists have all been very pleasant and skillful. I normally see Dr Gens, but have also seen Dr Golueke and Dr Bao (when my schedule changed and the front desk still helped to work me in). I felt very comfortable with the skill and expertise of all three dentists. I usually stress over going to the dentist, but have to say that Bay Hills Family Dentistry makes the whole experience dramatically better. Thank you to everyone at the office!!!

This was my first visit and Amy and Melissa were very welcoming and helpful! Courtney was also very nice and patiently answering all of my questions. She was awesome when doing the X-rays and pictures, taking the time to make sure I was OK! Dr. Ryan Gens was great! He explained everything thoroughly and stopped frequently to ask if I had any questions. I will be scheduling my husband’s appointment soon! When you see 5 stars with 900+ reviews, I get it. It feels too good to be true. But this is one of those rare situations where it really just is that good. The entire team at Bay Hills Dentistry is outstanding. From the moment you walk in to the moment you get your goodie bag, it feels more like a spa day than a dental visit. They provide excellent care while making you feel like an old friend instead of just another old client. Dr. Bao, in particular, has been instrumental in revolutionizing my teeth and giving them the glow up they deserve. Absolutely recommend coming here!! The staff are all super nice and easy to communicate with. They make me feel comfortable and I know I’m in safe hands. As someone with serious anxiety this is very reassuring. They are always making sure everything is going alright and that I’m okay every step of the way. Honestly it’s my favorite dentistry I’ve been to! Also I love that they let me color at the kids coloring station at 24 years old 😂
