Walgreens Pharmacy

Twice now they’ve shorted me on medications. The first was by a single pill, so fine whatever. Today it was 7 capsules out of a 10 capsule box. No “hey we’re short on this med and can only fill 3 capsules etc…” and when brought to their attention they wanted me to call back to speak to a pharmacy manager. How about fill my medications correctly? One time, fine. Twice now? No. Count your meds BEFORE leaving their store.

The worst customer service at this Walgreens Pharmacy. Horrible customer service. Today, I arrived at the pharmacy line indoors at 1:28 p.m. to pick up my husband’s meds after his surgery. Another pharmacy attendant was assisting a customer at the register, so at 1:31 pm, he was still attending to his customer. Another attendant, a female with short black hair, came up to tell me they were closed for lunch and to come back later. Clearly, she didn't consider how long I'd driven or whether I could afford the time and gas to return. Neither did she consider any other option, such as taking 3 minutes to care for me, or at least asking why I was there. So many people SHOULD NOT be working with customers because their aptitudes and customer service skills do not align with the business's expect

I had 2 vaccines. I have always been impressed with the courtesy of the pharmacists & others working in the pharmacy area. It was so easy to schedule an appointment (but not required to have one) online. I rarely buy items in the store except for OTC meds, other health products, & sometimes cosmetic items, as prices are high. I generally buy using their discount coupons. I keep returning to this Walgreens since I am impressed with their professionalism, friendliness & courtesy.

Have been to this Walgreens pharmacy on several occasions and always have extremely long wait times. Typically 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. When going inside it can be equally as bad depending on time. Don’t even bother going within 30 minutes of the posted pharmacists lunch break because you will not get to the front of the line on time if any cars are in front of you. They really need to work on the efficiency and speed of the drive thru or consider opening multiple lanes to prevent lengthy lines and wait times.

Great place Pharmacy is very busy usually. Nice if more workers.
