Arrived 20 minutes before scheduled appointment with vet tech for simple procedure. Checked in, prepaid and my pet was taken back within 5 minutes of my arrival. Shortly my pet was returned, we discussed the outcome and we left arriving home 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Never in 50 years of pet ownership have I never waited 5-20 minutes before my pet was taken back. Very caring compassionate staff. Good prices

Very caring & compassionate with my sweet boy & myself with having to make the difficult decision to let him go bc of health issues, very caring by all involved & compassionate towards me & my sweet boy. Stage Road is great! I had several other vets not help my senior cat who needed a full mouth extraction because of her age. She wasn't eating and was going to die if it wasn't done so it was a risk we needed to take. They agreed after seeing her and took extra care during the procedure. She ate the next day and has been doing wonderful ever since! Thank you for caring!

My family has taken all of our dogs to stage road for over 10 years and they were always so great and fair to our babies. In the last couple of years the appointments have longer waits for regular check ups, no problem and understandable, however, the last 3 times in 2 years we have had emergencies with any of our dogs they have ZERO availability for same day appointments and that is with calling in as soon as they open. I understand being short staffed a time or two but when not being able to see your patients (especially established, loyal patients) in the case of an emergency becomes a trend there is a clear issue in how the schedule is structured. Fortunately when my 10 year old baby was suddenly unable to walk this week I was able to get in to Hilltop Animal Hospital within a couple o
