If this is where your dentist wants to use to make your dentures, request somewhere else. I'm currently waiting on what I hope will be my last wax try in. After my original wax try in looked great, the dentures came back looking nothing like the try in. Dentist sent the whole denture set back to be fixed, sent with pictures of what my wax try in looked like, and what finish product looked like, and the fact it gave me "monkey mouth" so extreme, it made my face look distorted. So this lab sends back a second wax try in, "what they call correcting the issues"; but it was far from that, same problem but this time the two front teeth were so far to the left, the mid line was so badly off. My dentist apologized, and said she didn't understand what happened, she has never had problems like this
