So thankful for Champion Orthodontics! Their prices are affordable and they allow you to make payments - making it possible for everyone to achieve a beautiful smile! We've always had a very good experience in their office - short visit times, friendly staff and conveniently located right down the road! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

This place is an absolute nightmare when it comes to billing. I am a current patient, paying for braces, and every month the SAME problem happens. The money is always in my account on time, yet they never take it out. Instead, I get told my card was “declined.” That is a flat-out lie. And here’s the kicker: if I go in person to pay, they demand over $200 instead of the actual payment amount of $187. That’s robbery. It feels like they’re scamming patients and making money off their own broken system. I should not have to call every single month, argue with staff, and beg for my payment to be processed correctly. This is shady, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If you’re considering getting treatment here, think twice before handing over your money.

STAY AWAY from this place! I brought my kid here when it was called "Lanes" and they told me that my kids braces would not not be covered by insurance. This was a LIE. I got a second opinion elsewhere and guess what? Insurance covered every penny. Tried to keep pushing and insisting I pay almost $6,000 for braces, to sign up now bc, I was getting a "La Ley discount." Shame on you! You better not reply to me saying I was not never a patient. I came on here bc people DESERVE to know the truth!!! Ridiculous!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Champion Orthodontics. When we requested my son’s scans, the office initially refused to release them, even though they are part of his medical records. It wasn’t until we insisted and pushed for them that they finally agreed to provide the scans. To make things worse, they then decided to charge us $450 just to release his retainer scans—something that feels unreasonable and unfair. As a parent trying to make the best decisions for my child’s care, this experience felt more like a barrier than support. I truly hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future. Families deserve transparency and respect when it comes to their children’s health.
