I would have given 0stars if I could, my baby has an eye infection I arrived for my prescription at 7:20PM today Thursday 4/10/2025 they asked fot insurance information in which I provided, however, I offered to pay out of pocket as I didn’t want to wait ( my baby was waiting in the car), they assured me they will add the insurance information and give me the eye drops in few minutes- I waited for almost 20 minutes then they call me and say “ sorry we don’t have those eye drops here we have to order and it will arrive on Monday- I ask them to help me get it elsewhere or another pharmacy (like CVS), they tell me sorry we close at 8PM and we won’t be able to wait for CVS call to transfer the medicine despite me explaining how mortified I am since this is an eye infection and my baby is only

Told me they would refill my prescription the day before. Made it clear I needed the prescription by the next day. Assured me it would be ordered and there after 4 the next day. I arrive the next day and he tells me he forget to process my order and order the prescription. Then tells me I have to go to the Centerville location (25 minutes away) and they will fill my prescription. Failed to tell me that apparently my window for the prescription had closed because it wasn’t ordered the day before. Don’t recommend as they’ve had this prescription request since the 15th and this has happened before.

Would prefer customer name shown only as A. Lewis, please! Within the last week I phoned Aldie’s Walgreens to inquire for store delivery of difficult to locate OTC homeopathic remedy. Although delivery manifest showed none, the employee thought he’d seen it nonetheless and asked me to wait while doublechecking, which he did, successfully! Upon arrival at store, the gentleman expedited my purchase efficiently and I greatly appreciated multiple ways he thought outside the proverbial box providing top-notch service!! It is a pleasure to post compliment!

I wanted to ask the pharmacist a question and was told to wait at the counter until she was finished doing something at the computer. I waited at the counter with 3 little kids for 30 minutes and finally gave up. Walked down to the HarrisTeeter pharmacy in that same shopping center and they were so lovely and helpful! I was a Walgreens customer for the past 6 years at this location but am now switching to Harris Teeter, much much better customer service and no wait!

Hours on website say 9-9. There's a paper sign saying hours are 9-8. show up at 7pm and am told they're closed (sign behind them saying open till 9/8). This is after the prescription being "delayed" for 5 days already. Never had a positive experience at this location, I've had to call and remind them about my meds being stuck on 'pending' for several days on 4 or 5 separate occasions. If you need medication on time, don't rely on this location...
