I had a very good experience with OrthoVirginia from my very first appointment with Dr. Bernard. I truly appreciated how much time he took to explain everything to me in detail. He even used a life-size model of a rotator cuff to show me exactly what was going on and how the procedure would be done, which really helped me understand my condition and feel more at ease. Although I already had an MRI, Dr. Bernard took his own X-rays to be extra thorough and make sure he was making the right decision, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care.
