The staff and pharmacists are exceptional and very professional. They go above and beyond to provide timely supply of medications and are great about facilitating conversations with Drs. when we are in need of our kids meds. They even stayed open late and opened early for me when I was in a bind for my child's meds one day. They are truly the neighborhood pharmacy that I would highly recommend switching to. They also seem to have meds that large chains like CVS and Walgreens don't have or are usually out of. Switch now!

It turns out that our change of insurance was a blessing in disguise! I was forced to change pharmacies, and there was NO way I was going to another big-box store pharmacy. I’m very disappointed with the service we received. The pharmacy technician and the staff member at the front were extremely rude and showed little to no professionalism or bedside manner. We were told last week that the medication would be ready, and when we returned a week later, we were informed it was never compounded because a credit card needed to be kept on file. This requirement was never communicated to us during our previous visit—at that time we were simply told it would be ready the next day after our child’s pediatrician sent the prescription. To make matters worse, the staff argued with us about tap-to-pay versus presenting the physical card. I’ve been a customer for many years and have never been told I must present the physical card because it’s a “first purchase.” Overa
