I had a very concerning experience at this pharmacy while trying to obtain treatment for an ear infection. When I first received my prescribed ear drops, they were dispensed with an oral syringe rather than a proper dropper. The syringe broke while I was attempting to remove it from the container, and due to coordination challenges, it was not usable for ear administration. I attempted an alternative medication in the meantime, which was ineffective. When I returned last week to refill the original drops and specifically requested an appropriate administration tool, I was told it would be addressed.
