Walgreens Pharmacy

Gerard is such a nice pharmacist, he is always pleasant and works hard by himself a lot of the time. Always willing to help and tries to work quickly to complete orders. I have never gone to pick up an order and had a bad experience when he was there. Just make sure you wait for the text confirming your order is ready for pickup before heading over.

I don't think I have ever met someone like Gerard. He was absolutely amazing. He works in the pharmacy. He is so sweet and caring. He was extremely helpful. And my shots were painless. Definitely will come back.

Terrible. Scheduled shingles vax after filling out online paperwork indicating medical conditions. As I'm pulling up, they call to tell me that since I'm shy of 50,they cannot administer it. I informed them I have a doctors order. Lady on the phone added with attitude that "still no." I informed them I have a signed script and it's medically indicated per their website. Lady would not budge and maintained attitude. Overall 0/10 do not recommend lol

Worst Pharmacy customer service I've ever experienced. I called in response to a phone message and after 15 minutes on hold hung up and drove to the store. The pharmacist and tech both ignored me at the drive up window. So I then called while sitting at the window watching. Phone immediately went to message stating all employees were helping other customers. NO ONE WAS ON THE PHONE. I could clearly see them and the phones. They were unable to provide the script (out of stock) and after a 10 day wait, they now have no record of the script order.

I'm changing my pharmacy. This pharmacy IS THE WORSE that I've experienced in my entire life!! I wanted to give them negative 5 stars if I could. I've never gave anyone or any place a negative review, this is my first because this place is so horrible that I feel it be known to everyone and everyone should take their business somewhere else and let this pharmacy goes out of business. Long delayed filling prescriptions. Rude, unhelpful and ignorant staff, treating people like they're there for a handout- like their customers are a burden to them, they're so ignorant to the fact that the reason they have a paycheck is because of us, the customers.
