BRAYCES Orthodontics

On October 21st I had a wire attached to my bottom teeth on the inside (3rd time at this business). I checked in and was told to pay the $395 before I even sat down which I did. Today I noticed that the wire which is on the inside is now showing when I smile. I called to make an appointment to have it looked at and was told I had to pay an additional $150! I WILL NOT DO THIS nor WILL I EVER step foot in this place. I called my dentist and will express my displeasure as they recommended them. So I WILL RECOMMEND THAT THEY NO LONGER RECOMMEND THEM to their clients. YES, I am LIVID right now. I rarely and I mean rarely leave a review like this but I simply had to express my displeasure. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON YOU!

The best in the business!! Wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my other kids here. We were always treated with respect and courtesy. Her teeth are all perfect ahead of schedule, and she never complained about any work being done on her teeth. Love these people!!😊🙏

I know this may sound a bit strange, but it feels like you are visiting family when you go to the office. The staff is so warm, friendly and kind. I chose them for my son, because Dr. Bray did my teeth 40 years ago and needless to say, he did a beautiful job. Love this place!

Dr. Bray and everyone is the office were absolutely wonderful. This was my first visit to their a second office and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team is very sweet, efficient, and just makes the entire experience enjoyable. Please do give them a visit for your orthodontist needs!

We are so pleased with everyone at Brayces! I was a patient of Dr Bray and loved him. My son saw Both Dr Bray and Dr Tarby, they did a amazing job with him! Now it’s time for my daughter to see them! She can’t wait to get started!!
