Berges Family Dentistry

Yesterday was my first experience at this dental office and it was great. Everyone was super friendly from receptionist to the hygienist. Kirby is AWESOME, she made me feel super comfortable. Glad I found Berges dentistry.

I had a great experience at Berges Family Dentistry. The dental hygienist, Karen was kind, skilled, thorough and professional. She briefly shared each step from X-rays to cleaning prior to doing it. Dr. Berges took the time to listen and review everything. The front office was friendly and helpful. The office is clean! Most impressive is that everyone works together seamlessly for their patients! I left with a feeling that they cared for me in an exceptional way and that they take pride in their work. Thank you ☺️!

The person who answered my call is very pleasant, when you walk in the staff is also pleasant. That’s the good part. The negative part is I spent almost 2 hrs there to find out they don’t do what I needed done. I told the receptionist by phone what my issue was and what I may need done when I made my appointment Then I was told to come in 1 hr earlier to do a cleaning and X-rays. After I had all that done they finally addressed the issue I was there for, only to find out they don’t do extractions. In the end the DR was apologetic but that didn’t help after I spent almost 2hrs there and left with the same issue.

From my initial call when I spoke with Julie to my first appt., I am extremely happy with every part of my experience. Every staffer was friendly and very professional. I think I got the best cleaning I’ve ever had! Thank you Theresa! Dr. Burges was wonderful! He spent a good amount of time with me after the cleaning was complete. I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience!

I had a great experience at Berges dental. The staff were incredibly professional and kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I was touched the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed. Because of their knowledge, compassion and state of the art equipment I look forward to returning. I trust I’m in good hands under Dr. Berges care.
